No brother didnt check pcv valve and oil in air intake... I ll have a look over it.. using car as such wont creat sludge in the engine?? Isnt it better to go for ring and valve replacement??

3000 kms oil change interval? How bad is your engine?

Does it run at normal temperature? Shooting black soot means a rich mixture. Or are you just trying to dab your finger on exhaust pipe.

No no No .don't go for any ring piston wala kaam.. ap black soot exhaust k ander finger daal k check krty hogy...pcv valve check krain and air filter hosing and uska pipe b check krain for oil .. Mein Euro mehran k air intake pipe sy acha khasa oil nikalta tha due to bad pcv valve

G bhai finger silencer main laganay se black carbon ata he... Definitely it should be due to rich mixture .. but why consuming half a litre thick 20w50 oil

Brother will update u soon about pcv valve... But why would a genuine pcv go bad??🧐.. PS i remember i got it checked about 10,000 km ago..

dont test it by rubbing your finger there. Does it actively shoot black smoke?

Is your engine in original tune setting? meaning it works at correct temperature, the carburettor is correctly adjusted, the distributor is correctly adjusted.

If your engine is set to run dead cold all the time (no tstat valve) and mechanic has monkeyed with the carburettor to "make it run" then first fix that.

For your oil burn, firstly stop changing oil so early, secondly make sure the engine gets hot (normal temperature) otherwise the oil will breakdown very quick. Thirdly half liter per 3000 kms is considered perfectly ok for this engine. If you wish to completely remedy that, you probably need a valve seal job or valve seal and guide job in the head, The ring pack and pistons on mehran engine are very long lived. 90% of oil burn issues happen due the valvetrain. (its inevitable in a SOHC engine with rocker arms)

Brother it doesnt give black smoke via exhaust.. i mean koi kala dhua nai he... second its efi mehran , so doesnt have a carburettor... Third its fuel mixture has been adjusted already electronically .. injector pulse, fuel trim pressures and O2 sensor working fine... Thermostat valve never removed ...auto fan in perfect condition.. So it may be valve seals but no blue smoke in morning as happens with bad valve seal..
Anyways will update further if any progress is there.. Thanks a lot for ur precious advices , meant a lot ...

Update about PCV Valve and oil in air intake box..air intake box ko throttle body sy nikal kar alag krain and see for any oil..

Salam... Bhai pcv valve intact... No oil in air intake... Both verified... So , mechanic says...ALLAH DA AMER ....
So its rings worn out at 100k... I admit a few trips from isl to lahore at 125-130km/hr ...may be thats one of the reasons... Drive at high rpms??

you can do a leakdown test to determine if rings are bad, mostly its the valve seals and guides that go bad.

N yes... Does high speed travelling affect engine life?? If yes...To what extent?? Eg i have a cultus too... Sometimes for like 10-20 min i speed up to 140-160..

high speed wont affect it unless you are actively redlining it all the time, As I said, you need to use a leak down tester to see the leak.
