no ABS means no security,
not so better power and torque
no folding rear seats
no central locking
no tubeless tyre
no rear wiper,
no quality for interior bad quality plastic material used,
not so good engine as compare to their price 5lac-7lac,

Yes bro agree its very true, but maine isi pakistan mai he rehna hai ab 800cc mai koi aur competitor he nai tu hum kia kare, chevrolet etc ki koi market value nai hai, Parts issue b hai, ab mai apne aap pe experience kr k loss tu nai kr skta. I know how hard is to drive this dabba mehran, specially when therz no servo barkes and in rush u have to push hard again and again.

sir jee keep a light foot
keep plugs and point in good nick
and no motorway don't push it more then 80kph
plus if u can survive the heat don't open full window
keep tire pressure 30psi
and always try to fill from a pump with high pressure mostly on ring road

normal steel rims are good enough but they get bent on un even roads and new china alloys are just not worth the money
what is tire size installed on ur mehran is it 145/70.12 stock or 165/70/12 ?

recently I went to change mehran's gear oil... the mechanic there tried a lot and then said he's unable to open the drain oil nuts.. both are slipped... wth... now what i suppose to do.. :S

take it to another mech and see what he says
u can drain the oil from another method
open the both front axels and all oil will drop out from gear box
simple
and use zic FF 2.5 liters i think

its normal for car to behave like this on CNG its true about the viberation and long self i think plugs and point needs cleaning

Which engine oil (brand & grade) will you recommend for 2005 Mehran (CNG, run around 60k)? And what is the thinnest oil that can be used for winters to provide better internal lubrication and will not make the engine too much noisy?

pretty common problem: the solution is to weld a rod or something with that nut and then use another iron pipe to open it. otherwise there is just no way.

First thing: no matter how hard your mechanic or oil guy tries, dont get Zic.
Second: I would suggest getting a Havoline 20w-40 for mehran. dont pay more for thin. there is just no value addition.

its on 155 70 R12, is there any light weights avalible in 12"??? currently its on chinese ugly rims:(, tyres are Michelin very soft and grippy.

these rims are ok
and light weight rims are very rare in 12 size
most start in 13's and 155/65/13 is also suggestible size but sir ur main concern is millage so stick to which are on the car
155/70/12 is best size as a 165/70/12 ruins suspension
considering our roads these are good tires and rims combo u got in ur mehroo

it does not if done by a proper tools and mechnics
if u want to do it then Tayyab motors is the place
and suggested oil is zic FF gear oil
purchase 3 bottles
i changed gear oil at 55000km of mehran
most mechs kept adding the oil but none of them wanted to change it
mech changed oil but he put more then capacity full 3 liters and it was some sharlu oil taxis use it

u may change the oil but if gear box is opened once of a mehran then its never gona be ok !
