Mehran Experience Tips and suggestions

anyone used liqui moly? i've put 10w40 mos2 and car is quite smooth, acceleration/pick is better then earlier and starting is even better now. car is 13 mehru

Bro all things plugs point wires were replaced 4 months before. All original parts were used. I change my zic from zic service station in pindi. Is their any way to ensure authentic oil?

used once in mehran and results were not good eaither oil was 2no or any thing
engine made funny noise then gone for zic again back in 2011

1st page i.e. how we can reduce the sound of Mehran by inserting
some foam stuff in doors. Please share some if you can, i will do this

bro it is making me mad, it takes too long self on cng i parked the car at 9am then started it at 12pm but the car didnt start on cng then i convert to petrol then it start after it i converted to cng. It has starting problem on cng in winter, what is permanent solution to this? as winters have arrived so car is giving trouble on cng but on petrol it is fine. I went to a cng mechanic he said, you car needs full tuning and tappet adjustment according to cold weather.

main thing mechs temper is the timing of car and they then say" da kharab de awo da khatam de " like many faults they make up on their own
best thing is to take it to 3s dealers of suzuki and make them do full tune up car on factory settings
but if they want to install something bring it from open market

Bro how much would 3s charge me for full tuning of car? I am expecting it to be 1k-1.5k?

The standard tuning charges at all suzuki 3s is 400 rupees..... I take my mehran to sethi motors and sometimes Adil zafar motors..... Its the same rate everywhere

I want complete tuning of car including tappet and other things. The main problem in the car is starting, even though spark plugs point wires were replaced 3 months back. I donot know what is permanent solution to this problem, local mechanic says that there is separate adjustment for tappets in winter and summer. So i need tappet setting, but if anyone here could guide me what is actually the problem. So i decided to take it to 3S as they know better to deal with their cars.

i can relate to this with my mehran on that car when ever i replaced air filter it needed tuneup tappets etc every thing
but this only happend with mehran
not with my alto as i never look to schdule of maintaince when i see filter dirty even car driven 2000km i change it never had any problems with alto
but on mehran filter always demanded tappets

Therez probably no logical explanation for what u just said, but I guess its true..... I never realized it previously but it has happened to me twice

every time i changed filter in mehran this was the story
repeat telecast
and i clean my altos carb now filter change etc and it never does that
mehran as i wrote early is a jinaati car !

guys my car gears get stuck.. it's mainly 2nd and reverse gear which seems to stuck forever , don't engage easily .. i hv to neutral it and move the gear stick left right many times and use the force then it works with grinding sound... 3rd and 4th gears are smooth... i hv got it checked, some says its clutch plate issue some says its pressure plate is weak... however the pick of car is fine... is this problem related to pressure plate?

bro mechanic says cable is ok .. plus clutch works fine and no problem in engaging 3,4 gears ... if cable problem is there than shouldn't it make trouble in all gears ?

Our daihatsu had a similar problem..... The mechanic opened the gear shifter and did some adjustment..... Probably added some bushes as well..... If ur in lahore, I can give u his number.... Ustad shahid, sits in C block Moon market, Faisal Town..... He is a helpful guy....
