Mehran gear problem

I have Suzuki mehran 2016 model.
I recently got my clutch/pressure plates set changed also got my engine foundations(all three of them) and clutch kit changed.
Im still facing a strange problem please anyone help me out on this.
Whenever my car is moving at 10 or 15kms/hour i can't shift it to first gear, it gets stuck like something is stopping it to go ahead, however its very smooth and soft while the car is at rest/not moving. Please help me out on this.

1st gear is always used when car is moved from stand still why would any one shift a mehran at 20km/h in second gear to first? Good idea to toast its transmission and engine which is already very poor.

1st gear in every car I’ve driven doesn’t engage unless you’re at a dead stop since that’s what it’s used for to get the car rolling and it doesn’t let you shift into 1st to stop you from breaking the transmission.
Ps if really necessary for whatever reason then , not at like 20kmph but still if the car is moving and you need 1st gear , double clutch it. It’ll engage but use only when needed like maybe on a hill or whatever emergency
Like how a Bedford gear is used.

I understand that 1st gear is always used when the car is at dead stop. But that thing goes for other cars. In mehran if you slow down to like 15kmh on a speed bump of whatever and when you try to move the mehran in 2nd gear it freaking vibrates like hell. Dashboard start shaking and make irritating sounds. Thats why you have to downshift it to 1st gear to move it smoothly. Mechanic previously said that is because of poor clutch plates and engine foundations. I also got them replaced. Problem is still there, vibrations are reduced now btw but they're not completely gone.
After reading your views on this i guess this problem is built-in quality in this shit car.

Bro honestly this exact issue really bothered me too when I had mine and it was a 2013 model not too old and had fresh clutch and pressure plates.
What worked best for me was to press the clutch and neutral the car and clutch out as I was approaching a speedbump and then clutch in and into first when the speed was just slow enough (usually at the top of the speedbump) and the gear would engage by this double clutch method and not grind or not engage and you can accelerate again smoothly.
I think it’s just a matter of the car not having enough torque in 2nd gear haha and causing this drivability issue.

Also another solution I found was to rev match (YouTube it) while shifting to a lower gear and that made the downshift a lot smoother. But doing that in a mehran without an rpm gauge and with it’s weird engine sound takes practice and probably won’t be worth your time.

Had the exact same problem. i replaced the clutch plates now this is fixed to some extent but the whole car vibrates like hell when i release clutch in first or reverse gear. have to keep rpm very high other wise the sound of everything vibrating is unbearable.
