Mehran heat insulation ideas

Please members suggest some heat insulation solution for mehran especially on pillars and boot naked space on walls

Use jumbolon foam on all doors, rear hatch, roof and floor. It will help alot with sound proofing too. Lots of people have done this, look it up in the forum search bar.

Roof insulation - Ideas needed

So, as the title says, I want to insulate the roof (and doors maybe) of my mehran, I need ideas as to go what kind of material to go for. I'd be doing most of the work myself, so don't recommend me a 'poshish wala' or something. I need to know that from where can I buy the materials from and what kind of materials? Any ideas and suggestions would be welcomed.

Thanks for reply. Its vary old thread. Jambolon is good for floor but how could 8t work on hatch i mean i will have to use samad bond which would definately cause damage to car paint secondly how to cover jambolon on because it will destroy looks of pillars and rear hatxh if left un treated

There must be some other idea as used on other cars like fabric type material
