Mehran need to be fixed

Salam,
I need some comments from experts and i hope that they wont suggest me to change my mehran .

Anyway my problems are so much but right now i m asking regarding the radiator fan. whenever i start the car it starts till i turn off the ignition switch but i think it suppose to be run only if it needs.

I had corolla so i never had this problem but that car is already stolen.

so please tell me that what should i do with this.. do i need to add or change any automatic switch for that fan or anything else?

The radiator fan is currently on automatic and will only turn on when the engine begins to get warmer. If your car has A/C, then the best thing to do is to get the fan into 'direct' mode. Any mechanic can do it.

your fan on direct position check there will b a grip with thermostate switch that should be pluged in to turn to the automatic.
automatic is good because in direct postion fan's bushes will end early

Go to any mechanic in Pindi. he wil do the fan direct thing, even if u tell him no t to do so

Thanks for all replies. I justc check that and there isn't any grip between fan and the termostate that means i will have to talk with electrician.

I am really thanks for everyone those help me regarding this matter.. asked some other things in oter post but there is no reply .. may be people dont want to talk about mehran but i like this car.

This is not true.Sorry for your stolen car first up...

Mehran is the most sold car in Pakistan.

Anyways,your fan is direct.This is not good for engine.as engine need optimal temp for best performance.This optimal temp cant be achieved easily if fan is direct.So in short,you need to take it to the electrician and ask him to switch it back to automatic.Make sure to check it turning itself on before leaving the electrician.Normally fans gets on when the needle on temp guage reaches half way!!!

Is this only problem with mehran? i mean what if we take off the thermostate grip from toyota or any imported car.. then what u will sugest.. " buy the plan cuz then my fan must by keep running or else... plan wil be falling down." anyway .. thank for everyone.
