No brother, problem is still persisting..today i visited suzuki 3s.. mechanic seems good guy..he told me to change radiator because air flow of fan is not uniform he said radiator fins may bended..
But radiator mechanic said its ok..so i will change radiator after eid and share what i gain or lost

R cooling fan,s ok.If it,s not spinning at full speed it can cause it to overheat.If it's ok then it probably the radiator.is car ok without ac?

I replaced water pump(body) with genuine, but found no change..after eid i will do change radiator

Having the same problem. Mehran 2011 heating with ac but all ok without ac. Cleaned the radiator but still facing it. Please update did the radiator change solved your issue?

Mostly thermostat valve do the problems if installed. Do you have thermo stat valve? Other overheating causes are slow water pump, slow fan, blown head gasket, clogged radiator, air in coolant, low level of coolant due to leakages even from radiator cap.

No thermostat,water pump is ok, fan has relay and is fast enough, gasket is also good because the heating is only with ac without ac it is fine, radiator is also clean and no leakage. I think my radiator is weak, which type of radiator should i buy if its the problem.

What is meant for weak radiator, bad radiator meant either clogged radiator or leaked radiator. You have to inspect your cooling system carefully. Pls tell me does your car reduces coolant after overeating. Check coolant level in reservoir and in radiator by removing radiator cap. Then tell me. Are you sure your radiator is not clogged or coolant has not any rust?

Yes it has no rust and is not clogged because i got it cleaned 2 days ago. The radiator wala said it is not choked but the radiator jaali is weak

1st check, open radiator cap in cold engine in morning then start your car to check bubbles in radiator for 2 minutes. If bubbles are continous then head gasket problem if bubbles appears in interval then air in coolant
If above test pass then put on radiator cap after warmed up engine check if there is any small coolant leakages from radiator hoses joints or even from radiator cap. If its ok then check overflow pipe from cap to reservoir tank, if coolany continous flowing from cap to tank then your internal cap seal is demage. You can also check cap seals physically.

There are some bubbles but its fine As there is no pressure buildup like blown gasket. The heating is woth ac. There is no leakage as no coolent is reduced and cap is also ok. I think the problem is radiator

Also when on motorway the heat needle is in middle without ac but there is no thermostat valve shouldn’t the needle get lower than half?

middle position is ok. If overheating only in AC, it may be be due to bad condenser or bad compressor or bad condenser fan.
