frnds our mehran is causing a problem for the last few months on CNG. it suddenly stops and then dnt start on CNG.we have to start it on petrol and drive and after sometime can be converted to CNG.can anyone tell wat can be the problem?
two things a fuse in cng kit needs to be replacedor it needs cng tunning
Sir CNG ki tuning krwae but same result. So i think not tuning problem.
bhaithere is a fuse in cng landy rezeno i had same problem and there is a fuse it just needs to be replaced with its all unit should not cost u more than 50 rs

and one more thing bro when it stops there is no lights in CNG switch
lights are there in cng switch when it stops but dnt start at cng...have to convert to petrol to start.
hmmmmine's lights also went off yani that fuse is not much that busted but change it hope it works
only gas to be adjust with the help of gas adjusted nut u should do urself .
means it is only adjustment problem?
i had same problem with my mehran sometime ago. There is a fuse placed below the coil, get it replaced. it can be bought in 40Rs.
but if the stwich have problem than the indicated lights also off but didnt happened....
if not the fuse then your timing could be out ... might help.
how timing can be fixed?

i had a similar problem.grip behind the CNG switch was the problem.
check if that grip is loose.
I have cleaned my carborator mehran and also filter but after starting car and when shifted to 2nd gear it turns slow with jerk.also i changed point distributer cables etc but problem still exisist .Car is working perfectly on CNG
If the car takes long selfs in the morning too. then the distributor coil is the culprit...
It could be a problem of loos connector or wire whic is connected to gas valve and kit.
