AOA experts, my 115000 KM driven mehran has got an issue and I need your help 
Got the radiator detached and cleaned with acid a few month back and filled it with fresh Osaka radiator coolant ( part coolant and part tap water as it was not pre-mixed )
Since then every few days I checked and the coolant level was fine in the bottle, but recently due to radiator fan shutdown the car over-heated and most coolant was lost. So my dad replaced the lost coolant with water and eventually some of this water evaporated and when I saw this I added a different brand of coolant to top up the water bottle
Three questions now:
1) Using a different type of coolant to topup is this okay???
2) I now see that the water bottle is again empty, could this be due to a poor quality coolant as I don't see any leakage and the radiator is still full???
3) Should I topup again with Osaka coolant or should I drain this current mixture completely from the system and then add fresh coolant with proper procedure so there is no trapped air, bubbles etc???
