Mehran staring problem after sometime

I have mehran 2003. car running on petrol and cng both. Engine, car battery, CNG kit, self recently overhauled and replaced. The car didnot start after 3 to 4 hours time. It feels that during staring, self running sound very weak, although self brushes and carbon etc were replaced and engine is taken load. when remove the cng pipe, the car start immediately then it is found the cng kit inlet double valve is faulty which were replaced. After sometime, this problem comes again and I remove the CNG pipe, the car didnot start. I used the another battery and push the car but it does not start. I require your suggestions.

After 3 to 4 hours gap or when I put the car on petrol at night, the car didinot start on Petrol in morning.

problem self ma e ha, same weak self in my khyber too(i got the brushes replaced but the self guy cheated me and replaced the self output gear with a faulty piece) the self got overloaded and carbon brushes damaged again so... but my problem isn't as serious if the self sounds weak i just have to stop trying and push the key again and it sounds mighty again.

I agree that the self might be not service properly but why the car didnot start on 2nd gear by pushing?

When the car start then it run very smooth both on cng and petrol

Dear, get check the ground wire. Replace with new of good quality heavy duty wire. Its grounding wire issue

Thanks for all your suggestions. I am very surprised that before seven days, whole engine was overhauled and gasket damaged within seven days. So gasket replacement is in progress.

Before engine overhauling, I was facing the same issue and it was due to the cng inlet solenoid valve assembly passing the gas inside the engine while on petrol. It was already replaced. I was thinking about the similar problem but right now the gasket damaged.

The same starting problem occur when I parked the car on Petrol at night. In morning, car was taking the self but works very hard. I call the mechanic as engine, self, carburator are overhauled, cng kit cyclinder service, oil change by him. when the mechanic open the tappet cover, I was surprised that 3 springs (exhaust) backside were jammed. Mechanic told me that head sleeve etc (work by lathe wala) was not done properly. When I went to Lath wala ( Madina Autos near Naseerabad) who make its head, valve work etc told me that this problem is coming due to Petrol. I filled the petrol from HASCOL shahr -e faisal and car was working fine on Petrol. What is the problem which cause the tappet spring jammed?

It was happened because of using rotten petrol,when you parked the car over night the valve got stuck due to viscous material (rotten fuel becomes sticky due to heat & gets hard after having cooled). Get the fuel tank cleaned and throw away fuel remove from the fuel tank.

I have already clean the Fuel tank and carburator. The car running fine on Petrol. I filled the Petrol from HASCOL shahrae faisal. Do u mean that Petrol quality is not good?

Yes,it could be,it is also possible that,if you are driving your car only on cng and not using the petrol filled in fuel tank for a long time then it got rotten and when you fill the tank with fresh fuel the old fuel also spoil the fresh one.
