Mehran Starting problem in Morning

A week ago i bought a used Mehran 2008 Model in genuine condition from Hyderi.Now the problem i am facing are:

• Not starting in morning and sometimes a krr krr sound comes from dashboard.
• Steering feels wobbly.
• Want to get shock absorbers replaced.
• Should i buy new radiator or get the old one repaired.
• Tuning charges for Mehran.
• AC gives minimal cooling.

Get your battery checked and if needed get it replaced. Also get the car's "self" system checked and if needed, get the bushes of self needed. Tuning charges of mehran are Rs 300/- No need to change radiator as it is expensive. Get it cleaned properly and change the radiator cap.
