let me clarify a few things so u can pin point the issue
- mehran starting system has following basic parts or assemblies
-- battery - gives electricity to starting system - voltage should be above 10.5 v when self start operation is being carried out
-- ignition key - a problem here will cut off supply or self starter will engage by itself (as u mentioned in the end)
-- solenoid -- engages or disengages self starter motor with fly wheel
-- starter motor - worn brushes or damaged rotor can cause a starter to get stuck
so apparently for "auto self problem"it is a faulty ignition switch, or the solenoid is self engaging (due to wiring)
and "the sticky self" could be due to ignition switch, bad wiring, bad starter motor brushes or rotor or the battery
. first thing to do is to change ur electrician
