Good you have found the leaking point, have you changed the clamp with "jubli clip"?

Saw some more coolant on floor this morning.

Found out that heater core pipes leaked when car is left with hot heater/blower setting on. Coolant dries up on heater core pipes after car is warmed up making it harder to detect.

Pipe clips tightened at 11am in the morning and now it's 0530pm and no leakage on floor.

Finally figured out due to two pipes being untightened is why coolant was reducing slowly after all this time. One on lower radiator hose and other two on heater core.

I have jubilee clips installed on the heater core pipes, but I still have the original tension clamps stored.
Everything else has the tension clamps.

Yes they are, because they adjust their tightness on their own, and don't cut the pipes when they expand.

That's why only heater core pipes leaked.

The lower radiator hose has small dots of dried coolant on it.

Dealership a few days ago moved clamp further up but still small dot of coolant seeping out.

What can I do?

Put a dish under the hose (to save the coolant) and remove it, inspect the pipe of any physical damage or any dirt accumulation, if so clean or change the pipe, if all is good then change the clamp, as it is not holding the pressure of the pipe and thus leaking.

Now temperature needle is even lower than before after driving 30mins.

You need to answer few more questions

Pipe gets very hot after about 5 minutes.

Does it slowly gets hot, or all of the sudden?

Auto fan turns on just below quarter mark.

What about it now?

There are four possibilities,

1) Your temperature sensor is failing.
2) Your Auto Fan Switch is failing.
3) Your T-stat is failing.
or
4) Nothing has happened, only weather has changed

Hopefully it's nothing but car has been stored for 6 years until 2020.

, means your Temperature sending unit is telling same temperature as before and has not gone bad.

No.

You need to check your T-stat, Try this, Remove the radiator cap (When car is cool), Start the engine. Observe coolant into the radiator, The fluid should not be moving. If it is, you t-stat is stuck open.

Coolant isn't moving in radiator on cold start, just starts overflowing slowly.

I got T stat checked and it was fine.

Silicone has been applied to heater core rubber pipes. Was told if that doesn't work metal heater core pipes would need to be replaced or the entire core if not available.

Also in attached picture should I paint this area?

So you mean that rubber pipe is good and heater core pipe is leak itself.

You can gas weld it, it will be just like puncture on rubber tube

Are you using heater?
If not disconnect it, it will leak again.

Yes, do paint it. But before paint make sure to scrub all the rust, or it will eat your car from inside.

And it appears that you have just washed engine bay with water, avoid it, just ask the oil change shop to blow some air.

Rubber piping is good. Was told heater core metal pipe is leaking.
Will welding require removing heater core?

I usually don't get engine bay wet but there was coolant all over it from opening thermostat and heater core pipes.
Went for a drive afterwards to dry it off.

I've been scrubbing the rust off that area every so often, going to paint it now.

I've ended up bypassing the heater core until I repair it some time later.
