Finally, i am sharing my experience from my first ride "Suzuki Mehran" to "Honda Civic".
Had Suzuki Mehran 2006 VXR (Second Owner) since 2012. Car was well maintained and in perfect condition and kept it in same condition. Since its compact size and easy to carry, i mean literally easy to carry for everyone :p, i was afraid to install add-ons mainly like a decent sound system etc. In short, car was all in stock. Plus the comfort-ability of ride and space to accommodate 5 person which happens twice to thrice in a week.
Having said that, the pick up of car, even on CNG and due to its compact size, loved driving, speeding and changing lanes 
(i miss it still)
My daily drive was around 30 KM from home to work and back home (5 days a week).
After consulting plenty of experienced car enthusiast, posting several post on Pakwheels and personal satisfaction, decided to upgrade to a bigger ride rather than newer. Budget was more-or-less the same as the amount to be received from Mehran.
Selling Mehran was a piece of cake :p. Sold it for 3.75 with following specs (Pics to follow):

100K KMs
Factory Fitted CNG and AC
Kabuli Bridgestone tires with Alloy (RIMS paint was all in bad condition)
AC was installed but was not in working condition. (Might be Gas leak or something)
Cheap Chinese USB player and speaker
02 months old battery
LED speedometer
No major accidents
Little bit of rust at edges and underneath (common for all cars in Clifton/DHA area)
My primary need was a car with trunk. I accepted the fact that going for bigger car will push me back to 90's model which i was OK with considering the car has to be in good shape/condition. I initially made up my mind for Civic dolphin but after searching and looking at the available options, i got open to all cars with trunk including city, Baleno and Liana.
Cutting the story short, got Honda Civic 2000 (never ever thought of and way above the initial budget) but loving every inch of it :). Bought it on 27th Ramzan 2015 for 6 Lac.

Car is (Mashallah) very neat and clean and sparkling 
No major or priority work required what so ever immediately
Had done few stuff as per my need and few stuff to be done. All will follow in up-coming post.
Summarizing, i am, Alhumdolilah, more than satisfied with my initial decision and got way above what i thought of.
