Being a charade g101 owner, I'd suggest you to go for a charade. Much roomier inside than a mehran, ALOT more comfortable, ALOT safer and not to mention that its has brakes! That pak suzuki always forgets to fit in a mehran. A couple of things though, you'll need to search the market a little for the spares especially when you're going for new ones because there are alot of crappy replicas available that do not last very long. Get original japanese parts for it. If resale is your sole concern, then buy a mehran since a charade wont fetch you as much as you'll spend on it. We've spent around 500k on the charade, yet I know that it wont fetch that much when selling it.
