Mehran whistling accelerating

I got my EFI Mehran clutch plate set changed and now when I accelerate I hear a whistling sound. Sound is heard in gear, in neutral, while moving and also without moving.
Workshop that fitted said it's normal another mechanic said it'll go away in a day, although it wasn't present before getting clutch repair.

Is this a vacuum leak or something else?

guess they cleaned the gear assembly and opened the air escape pipe, the whistle sound comes from there on high rpm
