@suzuki, Yes mate, unfortunately Australia is one of those counrties where Car modifications are very expensive and legally you need to have Engineer's cert for any Major modification to your car. That includes changing headlight or seats or turbos or engines etc in the car.
We also have Hoons law in Melb now, which means any one showing off his driving skills on road by completly ignoring traffic laws (i.e. Burnouts, Screeches, spins, donuts, or just simply crazy driving , etc) can be doobed in by anyone and police will visit your house that very night. 3 strikes and you lose your car (for ever), apy additional heay fine, and loose your liecense for like 3-5 years.
