At the long weekend of Saudi National day decided to visit Makkah for Umrah. Its above 850 KM drive from Riyadh where I live. It was a 3 day trip and I saved the last day to rest and share the experience The long streches of the empty road makes you sleepy. But it is really a rewarding Journey. Subhan Allah
Leaving home planned at 8:30 on 20 Sept and we were ahead of it

Hitting the road, this is King Fahad road passes from the center of RIyadh from South to North, the Makkah exit is almost at its center towards west.
Taking the exit to Makkah, the straight road goes to Madina.
AlhamdulillahWith all your prayers and well wishes.
Always with you and a strong supporter for pw ksa group;)
Taking the exit, the Fasaliya tower (Riyadh's second land mark) is also visible.
After exit the right fork leads to east (Dammam) and left fork leads to west (Makkah and Jeddah) and of course this is from middle of Riyadh, there are many other roads leading to these destinations.
All set to celebrate the national day.
