Booked the X1 from them in August of 2017. Car was supposed to be delivered within 7 months.
According to the VIN number provided by them the car was out of production and ready in October 2017.
We kept asking them for shipment details, or any detail for that matter but they had no information.
On the 9th of March they inform us that the car is delayed. Delayed for 3 more months!
After keeping our 4 million, they inform us 1 day before the actual delivery that the car is delayed.
We knew they would be unable to deliver the car on the time because the car had not been shipped.
Well we go the next day to their office. They inform us that yes the car cannot be delivered.
If you want you can take your money back. They say the car will be delivered in May. I ask them to give it in writing and they refuse. Tell us to take the payment back.
They also tried to provide us with option to purchase the X1s that they have in stock.
They had 3 of them.
They said all were new. Upon inspection of the cars, the White X1 was 500 km driven.
The other Silver one was 680 km driven.
Both of them had been delivered to the client. They did not like the car so they sent them back.
These were the Brand new cars that they were offering us for 6.2 Million.
The 3rd Black one they refused to show us after this episode.
So, the money that we paid will be returned to us after 1 month.
Our 4 million stuck for 8 months in total without nothing to show for it!
