Only driven on the weekends / rarely used / kept with good care / not daily use, hence low mileage, etc.

This must be the best equipped E200 i've ever seen. The 3.5 offer, while a little bit high, is understandable for such a low mileage car with all these options.

anonpak: You got it spot on, brother. Thats exactly the reason why I want to sell it off a bit on the higher end. You have NO idea what it feels like selling this car at such a price after importing it brand new. Sold my previous E Class for 3.2, around a YEAR ago! And that had higher mileage, less options, and no panoramic roof.

My mother loves this car, no room for it, plus Inshallah planning on another ride, will post that up when its here. This one will be going by the 1st of April Inshallah.
