There is this trend in our society. People do not get their cars registered in time.
This car was used occasionally that is why it wasn't registered. This is what was told to me by the owner

Sigh Highly attractive old prado type price but its a 9 year old 100+k merc ... Perfect occasional use toy but not my piece of cake ... Have no tolerance for complicated maintenance both on account of time/involvement or paying crazy $$$ ... plus i live in Khi!
