Metal clunking noise from toyota grande suspension

Hi Pakwheelers

I have toyota altis grande 2016 model. I am facing an issue with its suspension that whenever I go through a cat eye speed breaker at about 20 - 40km/hr I can hear a quite loud metal clunking sound from right side of suspension. The sound is like two metal pieces are constantly knocking each other. It is only noticeable on cat eye speed breakers or very rough road. I took the car to local mechanic, overhauled complete suspension, replaced all worn out bushes etc but the problem still remains. I also greased the caliper pins just to make sure but to no avail. I thought it might be exhaust pipe hitting the body or catalytic converter but both are properly fixed without any play etc

Have anyone else faced the same issue? I'll be very obliged if someone can help out in this matter or recommend a good mechanic from rwp/isb to look for this issue.

What is the condition of inner and outer tierod ends? Did u check their play? You can visit my workshop ignition autos for a checkup

Yes I faced this and fixed it. Replace balance rod bushes and stabilizing bars commonly called as Z link with rbi thailand bushes and bars.
I have also replaced control arm bushes with rbi thailand.
Will cost you around 5000rs for both. Make sure the part you get is 100% original. You can go to Hamza younus autos saddar to purchase them.
Don't need a good mechanic, purchase parts and go to toyota dealership and replace them from there.
Must get wheel alignment afterwards.

Tie rods had play but during the suspension overhaul the play was removed so its in perfect condition now

Yes I replaced the Z links as well with new Thailand ones. Costed around 4500

Have you changed balance rod bush commonly known as cut bush?
