Meter tempering on the rise

So after seeing alot of ads of used cars up for sale with higher mileage and then the same car with a tempered meter reading, I decided to make a thread with just one example. Just wanted to make people aware of how this scam is increasing day by day. This is just one example though, there are tons out there.

For anyone who is buying or will buy a used car, note and save this website with yourself to make sure that the car you're buying was listed with a higher mileage or some defects mentioned by previous owner or not. It shows ads as old as 2019 and only the Pakwheels ones work, the other 'clasf' website doesn't seem to work.

The latest one is from the dealer so eyes closed its reversed.
Whenever someone make these kind of claims I ask them to show me the receipts or history of the maintenance and then look directly into their souls via eyes
Is there anyway we can somehow can confirm it even if the meter is reversed? I know the condition of the car should let speak of itself but still?

Interior condition, but that too can be tampered easy. I know people who get their meters reversed just for the heck of it, so that when someday they do intend to sell the car, they would have a low mileage piece to sell.

other then the odometer there are several items which speak of vehicle usage.
always inspect a vehicle in day light under open sun. remove all floor mats, open all 4 doors (+hatch door) wide. start inspection with shifter stick, door arms' rest & handles, condition of steering and the driver side floor. ash trays' cup holders, trays under cover etc. if there has been interior detailing there will be visible marks over the seat adjusters and the seat belts. remove trunk mat and check for the oem pasting / insulation if it is intact or been worked upon.

if a seller has criminal dishonest mindset hell bent to scam a buyer, he can foul play at any level.
