and its not Jerkiness, its indecisiveness. Example, when you're going in 2nd gear or 3rd gear at low rpm, and you need to speed up. If you press the accelerator, even gently, the gear box takes 2-3 seconds to downshift and then car starts accelerating. It's a known issue with Dual-Clutch transmission with non-optimal algorithms. BMW etc have resolved this issue long time ago and the gear change is really quick and without any lag.

But when it goes it really goes hard, I remember I was cruising around 60 , I floored it , car took like 2 seconds lagg and then it spun the wheels even at that speed.

@everyone , what fuel are you using in your MG are you using only Hi Octane , blending it with normal or just normal,
When I bought the car I topped it up with Hi octane , next fillup I blended it 50/50 with Hi/Normal , and this thiord tank I got just normal from a reputed Attock pump.
Honestly I could not tell any difference at all.

Also After driving MG hs for a couple of days , when I drive my civic X or fortuner it feels like those cars don't have a power steering at all

Hi-octane only. Shell normally has only a small difference of 4-8 rs/ltr. Have at times run it on regular too though it doesn’t like more than 3 consecutive tanks of regular. Never mixed it

It requires RON 95. Our Regular is Ron92 and Hi-Octane is 97. Depending on how much fuel you're getting you have to calculate the ratios each time you fill up. IMO, its not worth it, just get HiOctane

People coming up with their own experiences of 1 tank on Hioctane and 2 on regular, dont listen to them. The engine has anti-knock sensor so suppresses the knocking but that means reduced engine power. Will probably have long-term affects on engine as well.
