I’m 100% sure no one expects 10km/L from any hybrid vehicle especially a 1500cc one.

Other HEV crossovers aren’t known for outrageous mileage either .. unlike light cars like Aqua and Prius.

They’re somewhere around 14-15 range within city.

I agree the HS PHEV should do better. Maybe check with MGs support? If it’s brand new chance is the avg might increase a bit with time.

Have bought and owned 2 brand new HEV cSUVS in the past year. My h6 hev is giving 18km/L and my corolla cross was giving 22 23 easily .

Cross does give excellent average, Toyota being masters of hybrid tech.. and its lighter in weight too.

H6 Hev 18? That’s not too bad either. Do you have AC on and drive gently or normal?

Boyses need your input. I have a HS from the first lots of 21/22 CBU units. First owner, merely driven 4K. The average I've observed is 5 or max 6 km/ltr. The vehicle has had two services from the service center considering in anyway oils were to be changed considering their age.

Is it normal to have 5-6km/ltr average. I have a very light foot, daily commute to office is 20 Km's both ways. Someone suggested it may get better with mileage.

Note to add: Vehicle is driven on Extron fuel from Attock COCO site, still.

People avoid HS because of its fuel average but this does seem a bit too low. Are you using hi octane? That’s what it requires. Perhaps it’s normal for MG HS non hybrid, will let some owners chip in.

I think all oils need to be changed ASAP as car is around 03 years old and very less driven.

Hopefully it will improve to 9 km /l

In a commendable move for the local market, MG Motors Pakistan has announced that all owners of the MG HS PHEV—both new buyers and existing customers—will receive a free 7kW home fast charger as part of a nationwide upgrade initiative.

Man if only they had more than 1 dealer in a city along with good customer service, these would've been everywhere. Perhaps that's how they are able to maintain these attractive pricing.

Anyone else got the PHEV and can do a review here?

Specially on actual fuel economy.. once EV range is used up what happens how good is the hybrid and its actual fuel economy figures on normal/aggressive driving.
