The reason for importing more than 100 units is as follows:
Javed Afridi (Owner of MG in pak) is a personal friend (and possibly a profit partner) of Imran Khan.
He even came to inaugurate the 'so called' MG production plant, giving it greenfield status. No other car manufacturer got this VIP treatment. (I personally think this production plant is nothing but a gimmick, its actually storage for imported units). All they probably do there is open the containers, attach the side mirrors again, give the vehicle a quick test, and deliver.
New MGHS is available in the UK (RHD) for £24,995, which is roughly 52 lacs. They are selling here at the same price - notwithstanding the almost $18000 (28 lacs) duty on this, they couldnt do this in this 'transparent' hakumat unless with IK's ashirwad.
Javed afridi even tweeted 'tesla in pakistan?' which people took as a joke. But its no joke when 1 week later our prime minister goes to see tesla to bring them here.
I dont know how people can be blind 
This is nothing but a case of personal favouritism resulting in duty evasion for personal gains - and people are happy there getting top of the line product without any taxes.

I believe those figures under the marker on BL are either zero, or have been intentionally hidden since 52 lac (base price) + 28 lac (duty) is more than the actual cost of the vehicle, and will raise some serious questions. Tabdeeli aa gayi hai...
