There are three outcomes, first is more probable than the other two.
Your car is delivered normally in June or with a delay of around a month or two. Cases in pak courts drag a long time, especially when tabdeeli's weight is behind Mr. Afridi. Even if the case is won, ordanance ratification and decision implementation takes months, and right now they are in power.
By some miracle they win the case, MG packs up and court orders them to pay you back your deposit, which again will take a long time for you to get from them.
You lose your money, JW SEZ packs up and leaves for Dubai.
I would not be concerned about the above 3 points, but more about registering your vehicle ASAP after you get it. Even before this FBR stuff, people here reported registeration is being blocked. You cant drive an unregistered car, it will be seized after a grace period. This is why I mentioned in my earlier post consumer might end up losing, these guys are gonna eat up the money and leave, leaving consumers to face the music.
I would say if you can get it registered, you're relatively safe.
