I want to share my personal experience with MG After Sales Services Team (sector I-10). I was considering purchasing MGHS as I posted earlier as well and got good reviews from this forum so, I thought to pay a visit to after Sales Service Centre before booking.
I visited I-10 MG work shop with my friend. The situation was not impressive as F-7’s team was dealing entirely with a non-professional attitude. I met with supervisors Mr Ali and Manager Mr. Yasir. Their attitude was worst. When we requested them to show us the workshop, they refused. Upon our repeated insistence they let us visit. There they had only 2 lifts and they only have oil change service. And so far only 15 cars have got their oil changed. Upon inquiring about denting repairing facility, they told us that they have no such services and they provide new parts from 30-35 days. Paint booth and other services will be available after 5-6 months. Workshop was very obsolete. After this, I directly went to F-7 again to meet the same sales person, who then agreed with the story of I-10 team i.e they have no post sales services yet and only parts are available at outer market.
Please confirm, what is the situation of dealership in other cities.
PS: Booking of MGHS is blocked due to change in name of company.
