I somehow agree with you.Though i cannot say what MG is doing is correct but we may have made a mountain out of a mole hill when it came to the spare parts and after sales stuff. I mean for years we had JDMs coming with no proper dealerships or after sales or parts. We could just accept MG in the same manner.Only thing that bothers me is why then promote urself as an assembler when your not even close to it.
Exactly JDM imports and even all those german imports take over a month for parts to ship over. The car requires hi octane always. It gets delayed 2-3 months. These are all regular things for imported vehicles it's just that in today's day and age an inported vehicle has come in the reach of regular people who keep treating this as if buying a corolla.
It's a simple affair...fbr felt that declared value seems less as compared to other markets and they enhanced the value. In reality he may or may not be under invoicing. The beneficiaries were the customers getting feature rich quality product. I see more and more MGs in Islamabad these days.
