Good consumption you are getting , it would be ideal to change only lubes filter & how about using some ratio of high octane to clear the throttle body for better pick n acceleration

did you replace the automatic gear box with new model (above 98) or you have gone auto to manual gear?
i have also the same problems with my mini pajero 97 .less speed..and gear shifting problem. can anyone tell where to find OD gear box and any good mechanic for mini pajero?

installing new model 4speed gear box in first generation mini is not a cheap solution ... gear box alone is priced around 45k ... control unit plus wiring labour cost would be around 15k ....

solution depends upon ur engine type....

is ur mini 1100cc , 660cc turbo or simple 660cc ??

Salaam i have first model 1994 it was 660 but engine swapped with 1100 so it was doing the same problem so we got the differential (Hisson ka kaam) work done it goes on 120 on 5 rpm and 4 rpm takes it on 95 i guess in city 8-10km with AC and on motorway 13-14km with four people on board, but mine doesnt pick the 1st gear as the gear card is 660cc and engine is 1100 so i wanna switch it

@imran.sh18 If you're in Karachi, there's an experienced machnic who've worked on Pajero Minis, his name is Ishaq on Jamshed road, the workshop name is Raja Autos in Total petrol pump street.

I'm against mods in vehicles, but max I'd recommend is converting your Pajero Mini to manual 5 speed gear, that's about it. The more you go technical on mods, more problems you'll have to deal with issues later on. Unfortunately mechanics we've are not certified or actually know how things are working, they learn by hit and trial, and always do experiments.
