Minor Road Accident and Help

Salam, today morning my car front area has been damaged in a minor road accident.

Please help me regarding few questions

1. Three body parts have been destroyed. 1. Front Bumper 2. front Bonet 3. front Glass
   so what will be the estimated price of these three, in case of KABLI price and New local made price
   which one will be the better.

2. should i repair the same bonet, and repaint or install a new. if new then, it is very difficult trace the same color (british green) in the market. other color will be repainted.

3. How much the denter may claim for his work?

4. the side fenders are totally un touched and saved.

5. the main areas of engine bay is OK.

Had a similar accident on my santro a year back. (Except the windscreen)
The body part are no issue. The bonnet can be repaired whereas the bumper would be availiable in the market, same goes for the windscreen. You should worry about the chasis. Try looking for that small part in the market, or your car's market value would go down a lot.

Between OP, cosidering the condition of the car overall and the bonnet will need to be painted no matter what, you should get kabuli bonnet, windshield and bumper. Dry denting will show on the bonnet even though it is repairable.

I'm referring to part behind the headlight. It's been pushed back.

but i hope it will be pulled back without hammering, because i have removed its front parts, and checked in detail. Inshallah the output result of this body work will be genuine. and there will be no proof of accident at the end. the only negative thing is the change and repaint of bonnet.

Good luck with that. Since your in peshawer, try looking for a genuinely painted part (from stolen cars)

i would replace the bonnet if a show car finish was required, dry dent this one if you don't want to repaint

Except for the front screen everything is repairable , you are looking at a grand total of 15-20k

The front screen is made up of glass or plastic? If its japanese or local...referin to nrw cars

i have checked the peshawar market, but did not find the bonet in same color code of pakistani made. However a lot of Japanees made genuine bonets in other colors are available in price range of 9000--- 15000 depending upon condition.

Now i have finalized the plan and will start work on sunday inshallah.

Why do you want to get a new bonnet and a bumper ? Any specific reason ? Before Repair

1. same bonnet will be Dented, and will be painted after applying puteen, fillers
   and when ever engine heats up, the cracks will be appeared on paint.
2. second reason.
   after doing this job. i will sell the car definetly. and no one will link the dented bonet and will consider it accidented.

Lol , Overheating se crack ajain ge ?
Oh bhai kuch nahi hota , keep the repair costs minimum ! And even if you replace the bonnet the car would be considered accidental!
In Pakistan replaced se koi farq nahi parta ! Touching i.e respray se value kam hoti hay and for an old car like this it doesn't even matter

It's always better to replace and paint the damaged area. Who cares about resale. Why would you want to roam around in a bad looking car or sell it to someone who cares for untuch jenyan pent ??

There is nothing difficult nowdays bro!
Computerised matching came years ago!
Just give colour code and it tells you the quantity and colour to be mixed and the end result is a perfectly matched paint!

my guess is a motorcyclist or cyclist was hit...he fell onto bonnet n banged his head on the windscreen....is that person ok???
