Sir, the correct transmission oil is Toyota Type-IV ATF. Change fan to auto and insure thermostat is in place. If the engine is in good health use 5w30 full synthetic oil. I owned a 2008 Daihatsu Mira 3spd auto myself. Most of these earlier Mira's are not taken good care of and do 10-12km/l. I had my engine overhauled excluding bearings and with all the jugaars fixed it gave around 18-19km/l. It might've done better if i had the correct 145/80/r13 specification tyres on.
