Drain means only when the drain bolt is opened. Meaning when you only open the drain bolt 2.4 litre will come out and then after that when you drop the whole lower pan that will have some cvt fluid in it too . So including that the total would be 5.7

I am not sure if Mira has second battery or not for the Eco Idle like my Alto (most probably it doesn't )

Khair my car is pretty new and i maintain my batteries so never had to change them on my old Alto as well as my new Alto so cant say anything about battery

The 5.7l figure is when you fully drain the cvt system by some pressure pump while at the same time pushing in new fluid. In that case you need two tins of cvt fluid. The fluid removed with lower chamber is a different figure given in the manual which is 3.xx litre .

No OBD are not specific for any car. They work for all cars.

Aoa, I have mira e s 2015, a few weeks ago it got a problem. The cvt light started blinking when the car was stopped on ecoidle & disappeared when it started again. The problem resolved itself. Now there is oil dripping ( dun know which oil is it, but it looks like CVT oil) from an electrical component near its fuse box. I searched out for where this oil waa coming but couldn't identify a clear point, The oil was likely coming from 2 jacks near the fuse box. It's very strange for oil to be coming from electrical wires. If anyone knows something about it please do tell

There is a sensor on CVT box from where the cvt fluid is sprayed during operation. I had the same problem and by replacing the sensor the problem was resolved.

You can't get a new sensor. Mine was pulled out from a used cvt.
