Mira Engine Oil change from 10W-40 to 5W-30

Hi,

I recently bought a 2011 Model Mira which has been driven for 115,000km. The previous owner was using 10W-40 engine oil. The manual suggests 5W-30. Do I need to flush the engine oil? Or can I change the oil directly? Is there anything else I need to do before or during the oil change?

No need to flush, just drain and fill.
