Mira ES 2013 Fuel Average Issue

So my mira 2013 is giving me 11 average which to me is pretty low.
I checked it with my mechanic.
I cleaned the throttle body, oxygen sensor, all air filters, ac filters, oil change, tire pressure wheel allignment, engine tuning and cleaned the fuel tank body as well but no change. Any help would be appreciated

Which oil grade r u using.Is the transmission fluid ever changed?

Its the one which shell recommended. The yellow one and yes i changed transmission fluid too

Get the car scanned for any codes

Have done that too. No codes. Car is not accidental too or anything. Did the professional cat cleaning too but no improvement

Do u drive with heavy foot?Are the brakes fine and not dragging?What is tyre profile?Use 10w30 next time.
