Mira Es 2015 tickling sound from Fuze box

I have Daiharsu Mira Es 2015, my original battery got dead replaced it phoneix dry battery , every thing is fine after 3 days I am having issue with Fuze box , a tickling sounds comes when pressing accelerator , no sound at idle only when accelerating , checked all errors on scanner no error found . The tickling sound is of some relay switching off and on itself , pls guide if some one knows

Put he car in neutral after starting. rev the engine with your hand on relays. You will feel which relay it is.

Interestingly their is no sound while reversing.. I have checked the relay under glove box all are fine not heating or burn .. just clicking sound specially when under power and cold engine .

Check the relays in the engine compartment.

I think there is a problem with your battery most probably it's not meeting the Amp requirements of the car check with another battery which was of previous spec
