Mira ES coolant issue

I have Diahtsu Mira ES 2014 model. 4 months ago I checked the coolant tank and it was at the lowest level. I got it refilled with Toyota coolent(pink colour) 1 liter and topped up the rest with water. After 4 months now, I suddenly noticed that the coolent is again at the lowest level and I use water to replenish it. I don't know is it normal? Or can there be any leakage..
Do suggest the quantity of coolant because I have to refill it again and do I need to add water..?

you shouldnt be losing a litre every 4 months.

are your hose clamps original spring type or are they the cheaper screw type?

These are spring type original. Never changed them

Best find someone with a pressure tester to pump the system up to 16 psi and see if it holds pressure.

You have a very miniscule leak somewhere.

Also check the waterpump bleed hole, a little bit of coolant leak is ok as its built in the design, but a large amount of buildup usually means the pump is bad.
