You don't need to worry!

Apart from periodic maintenance i.e. Plugs, CVT, COOLANT, BATTERY, TYRES, AIR FILTER, BRAKE SHOES, ETC.

The culprit is high temperature, fuel quality and congestions on road/ traffic, idle on ac, frequent small trips that resulting mira bad average.

I have dec, 2015 mira imported 2018, 68000kms driven was giving me under 12kmpl while driving in a locked down colony with speed limits of 25~40km/hr, well may that have been due to being on standby on AC for about 30 mins.

Now, as situation is bit relaxed on few trips to nearby city where i can cruise to 90km/hr, its displaying 14.6kmpl while still use to idle a lot on non-stop AC.

THIS MIRA HAS STRONG ENGINE, JUST STICK TO SAME ENGINE OIL. I'M using TOYOTA IMPORTED jaoan black and red tin of 5w30 SN/CF.

I am confused between 0w20 and 5w30, which is best considering the hot weather these days and the car which is already driven 90K?

Just use 0w20 and enjoy ur ride and use zic on my recommendation
Forget 5w30 and these temperature story

Don't be confused, just stick to the one being used. Only exception is if u are using thick one i.e. 20w50 else 10w won't harm but better than 10w is 5w or 0w.

Well, as per manual both grades are acceptable to engine.

AoA everyone, I'm going to buy Mira ES 2013 model for my brother on Monday, imported and registered in 2015, mileage is 68000 km, the overall car is in good condition.
I just want to ask the experts here about:

Is there any known fault in Mira ES that I should be aware of or get it checked before buying?
If the previous owner is using a higher grade of Engine oil like 5w30 etc., is it advisable to change it to 0w20 or should I keep using the same oil grade?
What immediate basic maintenance should I do after buying the car?
I'm well aware of the fact the fuel average depends on the style of driving, but overall, what is the maximum fuel average that I should expect from Mira ES 2013?

I'll be really grateful if someone here could help me with answering these questions.

It's engine is firm and sound, no known issues as much durable. Only issue could be for irregular cabin sounds on bumpy road if u can bear it. Its usual in all japanese.
Don't believe on odo readings as mostly people are fake and reverse the meter for profits. There's isn't much difference in mileage apart from engine sound. If its kept in great hands then it wouldn't make any difference as i said earlier that engines are greatly manufactured by Daihatsu. You may check after 4000kms from change of oil, if oil level has decreased more than quarter. I'd say change the grade on 3 attempt as u will know the car personally how's it behaving.
Basic maintenance again after 5k to 6k kms run to be familiar about various things like battery, CVT, plugs etc. Meanwhile immediate mobil oil, brake pads, radiator coolant, tyres you can go for.
In city with ac 16.5 to 18kmpl at speed of 80 to 90km/hr and on highway with ac on same speed around 20~21 km/ltr keeping in view frequent braking and steady acceleration in congested areas.

Other tips is to check the engine response with instant acceleration if its sharp sound like needle or heavy sound like buffalo or vitz. Avoid if its heavy. The response should be sharp from engine.
Any bearing/ hubs noise in cabin at speed from 50 to 70km/hr.
