The mileage that you can get from a hybrid or a 660cc depends on how you drive as well as your route. I do not know about Bahria Town Karachi, and about Karachi, never been there, but here in Lahore, a few colleagues come from Bahria Town to Gulberg. They are getting very good mileage like 13.5+ from civic, 25+ from Alto 660 JDM, and 16+ from city 1500cc manual. it all depends on the route, traffic conditions and your style of driving.
From my hybrid experience, the hybrid works best if the drive is at a constant speed, especially from 50-70kph, and also if the route is relatively long. We get 17-21 (20-21 in winter, 17-19.5 in summer) overall, but if the route meets the conditions I described, it can give 30-35kml for that specific drive. The economy drops both when you can go faster (80+ and the engine is on) or if there is a lot of start-stop. The battery drains quickly if you accelerate a lot, from speed-breakers, start-stop traffic, or traffic signals, And mileage obviously drops if you accelerate on the engine. So the mileage you will get from a hybrid will depend on how you drive but also on if you can drive in a hybrid friendly way, and that will depend on your route and traffic conditions. Cruising on the battery is where the hybrid shines, but it can only be done in very specific conditions. For example, Prius mileage dropped to 14 for one full tank when there was lockdown and the car was not going anywhere except local grocery stores.
But in hybrid-friendly conditions, I have observed that a modern efficient car is very close to a hybrid. For example, the cultus also gives 17-17.5. I feel that a Yaris has been designed to have similar efficiency, so I wonder if a hybrid difference is really worth the extra price and complexity. I know that a new 4th generation Prius will surpass that with 30+ km/l in these conditions, but it will cost more than 5 million in good condition.
