Mira Weird Issue SpeedOMeter and Car Pickup Performance

Aaasalam o Alikum,

Brother's I have Mira 2008 Model, Registration 2012.

I am facing a really weird issue in my car, SpeedOMeter automatically turned on / off, Along with that When the SpeedOMeter turned off car pick decreases and when the SpeedOMeter start working again car pick goes to normal.

On scanner this error is not coming, Some mechanic told me that it is related to fuse box issue that I need to replace fuse box, Can any brother give me assistance on how I can fix this issue or any mechanic that can identify this weird issue.
