Yes, this is the stock tyre size that comes with all local Wagon R models. I have been using the general Tyre as well. They do give great fuel economy if filled with correct air pressure but make the ride super uncomfortable.
As per the owner manual, you can also go up to 155/65R14 but again these size tyres are hard to find in the market.
Mirage tyres I think are Chinese. Can not say how good these are since have not used them myself.
