Bro, filters (oil, air, cabin), accessories of routine maintenance, etc. for Mitsubishi Mirage can be easily available in all the big shops in big city markets (e.g. Kamran Market in Rawalpindi), however, if you are talking about spare parts (genuine, original, kabli, etc.), I think, you can only get them from Kabar Khanas (like Chah-e-Sultan in Rawalpindi, Bilal Gunj In Lahore, etc.).
Self import option is also there, but I think, quite costly.
