I think Honda City comes with H4 bulbs.If that is the case then I recommend the following bulbs in increasing order of output.
Phillips Rally Bulb < Osram Nightbreakers < Phillips X-Tremes.All these are Halogen bulbs and I would recommend you to stay away from HID kits.
Now the latter two will need to be imported as they are not available in Pakistan.
HID's nor Halogen bulbs blur the plastic.

If the cut off shield that produces the cut off line did not exist in the projector housing then the projectors would have essentially been a high beam projectors.
The same concept is used in bi-xenon projectors which have a solenoid attached to the cut off shield.When you flick a switch, the solenoid activates and moves the shield and in turn simulates a high beam by letting all the light go through the lens.
Projectors like FX,TL,E55 are good example of bi xenon projectors, the former being the best.
