I booked my suzuki alto vxl ags on 17th july. i booked it at 1295000. I did not go to any dealership or anywhere and i went directly to the booking office in fortress. I asked the madam many times that what will be the difference between a partial payment of 5 lakh rs or a full payment, will there be any price difference i would have to pay can i avoid the price increase by some way. Note that this is my first car an i am only 20 years old and purchasing it with my hard earned money 100 percent, so every penny matters to me. She said no there is not any difference and you will have to pay the difference no matter what. So i made the booking on partial payment. Now the price of that variant has increased by 138000 today and then i called the nominated dealership i was given where my car will be delivered and the balance payment will be made. And they said that only full payment cars are exempt from the price change if booked on partial payment you will have to pay the difference and this is a old rule not a new one so they asked me that did i not knew it and did the suzuki booking office not tell me that, i was shocked at that moment and called the booking office and she said that sorry we did not knew about this before so we said there was no difference but you will need to pay difference.Now keep in mind that i had full payment ready on hand, i just made partial payment because she said there was no difference and if she had told me that there will be a difference then i would have made a full payment so now due to the misleading of that lady i have to pay more even though i am ready to make the balance payment right this second as i have the cash on hand. And the terms and conditions dont mention that this will happen if i pay a partial payment, it only says that i will have to pay the difference if i delay the balance payment. keeping all this in mind and the new notification from the pak suzuki office that states
note: customers who have not submitted balance payment during tentative delivery time and all partial payment bookings are abiding to pay balance payment on new retail prices
Now this was not disclosed to me in the terms of conditions nor by the staff at the office so now tell me that how can i make the balance payment as soon as possible and lock my price to full payment, as this is very unethical to not tell these terms and conditions before hand and just say we did not knew about it.
