when ac compressor becomes On during 3rd shift when there is engine load then my car pick up gets down like vibration with annoying grrr sound of auto tentioner perhaps.. when ac is off car takes pick up n speed during that...

my EK has done 52k now. now it need overall tuning. can you suggest any good mechanics in Lahore?
Also there is a common EK issue of AC (noise while accelerating), for that i need to get it checked for the Compressor bolt (as you said in an earlier post) and get a new(genuine would be better) belt for it. please suggest a authentic vendor & machanic for these.
The wind screen wiper rubber are worn out. i checked the Toyota Ravi motors for the wiper rubber, they were available @ 2500PKR. should i buy them or chk anywhere else.

Brother, I only go to FAW motors at Queens Road opposite to Jinnah Degree College near Abid Market. They were official Mitsubishi dealers and mechanics, though are not any more official but they got huge list of Mitsubishi clients so they still entertain them. I am one of them. Though they are little expansive then cheeda meeda gama kala neela peela mechanics yet they are professional and know the stuff. They also got all spare parts for Mitsubishi EK. I got OEM air filter, oil filter, genuine Mitsubishi plugs etc from them. Go to them and take their advice. There is a guy named Zahid and other one is Rashid.

If price suites you get your work done from them, if they seem expensive to you, Go to Magic Motors in model town.

Bro, I love my car so I don't bother much about money to be spent on my car. Thing is quality always cost you more. Rest is your decision.

dear brother asif zahid.. thankyou fir info n advice but i have already catalytic converter got removed because it was showing error on scanner and and ut was already chocked twice...i read ur comment very late just now... yes the sound is slightly increased but not annoying.. yes the main problem if auto tentioner is still there... i will surely get throtle body butterfly checked...
from where i can get this auto tentioner as my car runs bhaari or heavy on ac n without ac sometimes .. i live in karachi

i always hi octane .. i will update about fuel average after catalytic removal... i got it removed

to remove noise simply install a new catalytic converter because it is not advised to remove cat. it will not only brings the check light on dashboard which is pain in the brain but it will also harm the overall exhaust system of the car.

Just an advice, rest is your decision...

my EK is otherwise doing fine, lately i noticed when i am crossing a speed breaker it blinks its hand brake light and it goes off immediately, haven't noticed anything particular in drive related to it but i was worried what it can be and should i be worried? thanks

You need to replace front brakes disks and rear brake shoe. Problem will be solved.

mitsubishi islamabad motors providing genuine imported japanese spare parts via tcs too.. they replied me after one month .. i asked them for auto tentioner.. they r providing for rs 9500/-. havnt checked personally yet as i live in karachi.. i talked to Mr tahir there on phone.

In these JDM radios I only get three channels FM 89,86 sindh police, and I think 88.9 some isb channel

In Japan, FM is upto 90 only... So don't expect to hear FM 99,100,101 on it...
