Mitsubishi EK Wagon - Too much Vibration on AC

I got Mitsubishi EK Wagon 660CC 3 speed Auto 2007. 100K driven...

My car shakes and vibrate like hell while AC is on. Plus its engine gets switched off while in reverse gear while AC on. It literally do garr garr garr garr garr, shakes well, vibrates like jeep engine and engine turns off.

I spent too much money already to get it rectified but each mechanic tells different story. I have already changed the mounts, AC belt, auto adjuster, compressor oil, AC gas etc even I have changed the throttle body but all in vain. Some mechanics increase the RMPs but I know that is not the solution.

Can any Allah Ka Banda solve my problem?

Cat seems fine as my car is one of the finest when AC is not on ... I mean it has not any issue while AC is off. Issue occurs only when the AC is ON so Cat seems fine to me... May be I am wrong in my thinking ...

Which fuel do you use i mean normal petrol or HOBC? and Do you scan your car ECU is there any error code recorded in ecu?

Brother !

I have an OTTI aka EK Wagon.... same Model....... I have also gone through the teething problem by replacing and rectifying above all things

1. Throttle body service and inspection
2. Scanner no error code...
3. Air valve adjustment.
4. Fuel filter replacement..
5. Cat Con cleaned...
6. NGK Platinium Alloy Spark plugs installed...
7. Tensioner replaced due to abnormal sound... (Although it has nothing to do with this problem)
8. Tappet valve adjustment carried out, found tight Exh valves and loose intake valves...

...... at last i checked Cylinders compression found to be 140/160 psi which should be 200 to 240 psi. In warm up situation when the AC is switched ON.... that weak engine compression causing RPM drop which also lower down the boost pressure of the brake booster causing brake paddle to become hard and brake less effective.......

The solution for us both is engine replacement ....

Cat is fine as I mentioned my car runs fine while ac is off. If cat was choked, car might not be able to accelerate... with ac switch off my car goes till 137 and car meter is 140...

@khuram2703 i have similar issue in my car (Liana). the rpms are not stable and on AC is suddenly shuts off anywhere anytime by dropping rpms. mechanic says the valves are gone as car was run excessively on cng before. do you think my issue is similar to yours?

Did u clean IAC( idle air control) valve on throttle body by disassembling it completely?

Nops, In Liana it is related to Auto valve adjusters (mechanics call them valve tickki)..... Liana has a VVti mechanism with Auto valve adjustment........ Tickkiyaan nai dalwa lou..... your problem will be resolved..... Do carry out Throttle body service too along with Spark plugs replacement......

Bhai koi Cold & Hot compression tou check Kar lay. I had the same problem and compression test revealed it to be weak engine.
