Glad it helped,
Why you want to test them?
This exact issue was present in mine too, you might have seen it in my thread. In my case, Idle Speed Control (ISC) Valve was burned, and one of two ICs in ECU that control it. I replaced the throttle body which came with ISC valve, and my elder brother made a clone ICs to make it work again. After this repair, vehicle did not turn off on stops, when powering on AC, it didn't drop RPM but raise it to 1100. So far, it's been working great.
For your case, It'd recommend you to check the grip / connector to ISC valve, which is just under the main air inlet pipe of throttle body. Check the resistance on both coils of valve, it should be like 44ohm for each one.
