Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8TD Maintenance in Lahore

AoA Friends,
Please advise a good mechanic for Pajero 2.8TD in Lahore.
My issue is that I have to push the lifty pump several times to get it started sometimes. On occassions it starts perfectly. And after I got it checked to a diesel laboratory, it has become worst.
Once started, then there is no issue i driving or anything.
So I want to get it checked by someone who is an expert in Pajero maintenance.
