Looking at all your concerns, buy a mehran. The things that bother you, goes to show that you are not in a position to own any of the above mentioned vehicles. Get a Mehran, learn things, understand how things work in the country related to cars, the mechanical experience and what not. After gaining experience, then think of complicated cars. As I said earlier don't go for such old cars. Unless you do have spare money stashed somewhere for unforeseeable costly repairs. If you are much into modification then I guess Khyber would be the perfect car for you. You can search the forum for very decent mod projects for Khyber. Get a car with clean body and papers and then modify it up your taste. You can easily get a clean one around 200K then you would have spare 200K to make some serious mods. Though, I would suggest to not get into mods right away. Get a hang of things by running the car for few months then start the project. Hope that helps.
