Aoa.I have Mitsubishi pajero mini vr II automatic 4x4 1995 model..I am facing ac problem that ac blows cold air when running and starts to blow hot when on idle/park and secondly temperature guage also starts to rise up when ac is on on idle/park

Check radiator and fan. Same thing started in mine, I replaced radiator, since it was factory original 22 years old. Replacing it fixed the issue.

Check your AC condenser fan (hidden just behind the front grill). This problem is usually caused by a faulty condenser fan. It is electric fan and should run when compressor is ON.

I have recently change condenser and fan is also working properly but the problem still exists

Ok,

1) Radiator and cooling fan could be a suspect as the radiator and condenser are in inline due to smaller size of the vehicle.

2) This could be a problem with the airconditioning system itself. A weak compressor comes to mind, or a clogged filter (bottle) in the AC circuit.

You need to get it checked from some experienced AC mechanic.

What kind of services you are providing apart from AC ?

Engine swaps, modifications, performance mods, supercharger installation, turbocharger installation and rebuilding. All motor maintenance /electrical diagnostic, paint & denting... We have one stop shop. And good thing is we are doing all brands. Whether its a mitsubishi or a nissan, Toyota, honda or a Suzuki.

in order to resolve said problem in mini , go for mini 2nd gen radiator installation with electric fan,but if if you want to retain original first gen radiator than at least convert to electric fan...heating problem will go away

Brother I just bought a pajero 92 model it’s Ac is not in working the mechanics are saying that when it will start working it will not be good as Honda city or corolla so what should I do ?
